OOTI earns Qualiopi certification : a major milestone for professional training

A booming, and demanding, training sector
The professional training sector in France is one of the most dynamic in Europe. According to France Compétences, over €32 billion is invested annually in professional training in France, benefiting more than 10 million learners each year. The sector has undergone a profound transformation since the adoption of the 2018 "Avenir Professionnel" law, which overhauled the entire funding architecture and placed quality at the heart of the system.
At the center of this reform : Qualiopi. Introduced to replace the patchwork of over 200 existing quality labels, it was designed to create a single, rigorous, and nationally consistent standard. Today, over 80,000 training organizations operate in France, but only those holding Qualiopi certification can access public and pooled funding. This means that for training providers, certification is not optional: it is existential.
The audit process itself is demanding. Organizations must demonstrate compliance across 7 criteria and 32 indicators, covering everything from how training needs are assessed upfront, to how learner progress is tracked, to how complaints are handled and improvements documented. Auditors from COFRAC-accredited bodies conduct on-site reviews, and certification must be renewed every three years, with an intermediary audit in between.
Qualiopi: an essential quality benchmark
Since January 1, 2022, Qualiopi certification has been mandatory for all training organizations seeking access to public and pooled funding, including OPCO, CPF, Pôle Emploi, and regional funding bodies. Issued by certification bodies accredited by COFRAC, it is based on the National Quality Framework (RNQ), comprising 7 criteria and 32 indicators covering the entire training lifecycle.
The stakes are high : the CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation) alone counts over 36 million active accounts in France, and OPCO funding, managed by 11 sectoral operators, represents billions in training investments each year. Without Qualiopi, none of this funding is accessible. For any training organization serious about its impact and its growth, certification is therefore a strategic priority, not just a compliance checkbox.
Obtaining this certification means demonstrating that training processes are structured, documented, and geared toward continuous improvement, while also unlocking access to a much broader funding ecosystem.
OOTI rises to the challenge
OOTI, the all-in-one management platform built for intellectual services firms, has officially obtained Qualiopi certification for its training activities. This is a major milestone that underscores OOTI's commitment to quality and its ambition to support clients even further.
The certification validates the structure of OOTI's training programs: needs assessment, instructional design, learner follow-up, skills evaluation, and continuous improvement, all requirements the team has met with rigor and dedication.
Achieving Qualiopi is not a one-time effort. It reflects a long-term organizational commitment: maintaining documentation, collecting learner feedback systematically, tracking outcomes, and continuously improving program content. For a software company, this means treating training with the same level of seriousness as product development.
What this means for OOTI clients
In practice, Qualiopi certification opens up new opportunities for existing and future OOTI users:
- Fundable training through OPCO, CPF, and other public schemes, significantly reducing out-of-pocket costs.
- Guaranteed training quality, backed by a nationally recognized framework overseen by France Compétences.
- Structured support, with training programs designed to help teams get the most out of OOTI efficiently and lastingly.
- Reduced friction for HR and finance teams, who can now process OOTI training through standard funding channels without additional administrative complexity.
For consulting firms, engineering offices, and agencies already using OOTI, this means that onboarding new team members or deepening platform expertise can now be covered, partially or fully, by existing training budgets.
OOTI, more than just software
With Qualiopi, OOTI reaffirms that it is not simply a management tool, but a true growth partner for consulting firms, engineering offices, and agencies. Training your teams to use the platform effectively maximizes your return on investment, and now, that training can be fully funded.
In a sector where talent development and operational efficiency are increasingly intertwined, having a software partner that invests in certified, high-quality training is a genuine differentiator.
A well-deserved recognition for a team that never stops improving its product and its client support.
